NEW YORK (AP) - Police say three males were stabbed in a fight with a larger group of males near a New York City hospital.

WNBC-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1WPwEmW ) it happened early Thursday near New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia University Medical Center in the Manhattan neighborhood of Washington Heights.

It’s unclear if the three males stabbed in the altercation are men or boys. They walked into the hospital with stab wounds after the fight. Their conditions weren’t immediately known.

Police say they are not cooperating with authorities.
