CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - A New Jersey man who admitted having child pornography is now headed to prison.

Federal prosecutors say 45-year-old Jeffrey Spicer received a 10-year sentence Tuesday. The West Wildwood man had pleaded guilty last year to knowingly possessing child pornography.

Spicer will also have to serve 10 years of supervised release once he’s freed from prison. He also must pay $7,200 in restitution.

He admitted having digital images and videos of child porn that were found when investigators executed a search warrant at the Cape May home where he was living at the time.

Spicer had previously been convicted in New Jersey and Delaware on sexual abuse charges.
