MILTON, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities have charged the manager of an upstate New York mobile home park with manslaughter after a resident died following a fight over loud music.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to the Creek and Pines Mobile Home Park in Milton around 1 a.m. Friday. They they found 51-year-old Scott Montie wasn’t breathing after getting into a fight with Harold Wolcott.

Montie was taken to Saratoga Hospital, where he died Sunday.

Police say the 40-year-old Wolcott had confronted Montie over loud music the resident was playing.

Wolcott was initially charged with strangulation and released on bail. He was charged with manslaughter Monday and again released on bail.

The district attorney’s office said it didn’t have information on Wolcott’s attorney yet.
