PERRY HALL, Md. (AP) - Baltimore County Police have identified the man who they say went onto National Guard property unauthorized.
The department said in a news release Tuesday that 43-year-old Charles J. Muchanic of Gladstone, Virginia, was charged with trespass and released on $7,500 bond.
Police said Monday that Muchanic entered the Guard’s MG William C. Purnell Readiness Center in the Glen Arm section of the county. He was not armed, and was taken into custody after about three hours.
