Woman reported missing from her Tucson-area home found dead

TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say a woman reported missing from her Tucson-area home has been found dead.

Pima County Sheriff’s officials say the body of 42-year-old Shannon Montgomery was located late Tuesday morning.

Details weren’t immediately released.

Sheriff’s officials say Montgomery went missing from her home in the 5600 block of North Sabino Canyon Road about 7:40 a.m. Tuesday.

They say she had short term memory loss and required round-the-clock care.
