WAGNER, S.D. (AP) - One juvenile has been arrested and another is being questioned in connection with a rash of vandalism in Wagner.
The Daily Republic reports (https://bit.ly/1SLdDvO ) that more than a dozen businesses and homes have been victims of “tagging,” a form of graffiti in which people spray-paint symbols or a series of symbols onto buildings and areas to mark territory.
Authorities don’t know how many people are involved in the vandalism, but Police Chief Tim Simonsen says they know it’s two separate groups, likely all juvenile males.
