LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Kelly Sublett of the Log Cabin Democrat in Conway has been elected president of the Arkansas Associated Press Managing Editors Association.

Sublett, the newspaper’s vice president of audience, was elected at the group’s meeting Saturday. Assistant Editor Shannon Spears of the Blytheville Courier News was elected vice president.

Chief Photographer Evan Lewis of the Texarkana Gazette, Managing Editor Steven Mross of The Sentinel Record in Hot Springs and Angelia Roberts, executive director of advertising and editorial at the Batesville Daily Guard in Batesville, were elected to the board.

Deputy Managing Editor of News Alyson Hoge of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette in Little Rock remains on the board as immediate past president.
