EAST POINT, Ga. (AP) - The Georgia Bureau of investigation has been called in to investigate an officer involved shooting at an East Point apartment complex.
Police say an altercation between a person and two East Point police officers left all three people involved with injuries early Friday morning.
Police Capt. Cliff Chandler tells local news outlets the officers were not shot, but the other person in the altercation was struck by a bullet.
All three were taken to a nearby hospital. Their conditions were not immediately known.
