ATHENS, Ga. (AP) - Kamryn Pettway, the nation’s No. 4 rusher for No. 8 Auburn, is not playing in Saturday’s game against Georgia.

Pettway hurt his left leg on a long run in last week’s 23-16 win over Vanderbilt. Pettway is with the team but not in uniform against Georgia.

Kerryon Johnson started at running back for Auburn, which is trying to protect its hopes of winning the Southeastern Conference’s Western Division.

Pettway has 1,106 yards rushing with seven touchdowns. Johnson has 616 yards with nine touchdowns.
