PHOENIX (AP) - Authorities say they are looking to arrest a pregnant woman in connection with a homicide in Phoenix last month.
Phoenix police announced Wednesday that they have developed probable cause to arrest 23-year-old Yaneli Medina.
They say officers were requested to do a welfare check on Sept. 28 on a man neighbors hadn’t seen for a few days.
Police went to the man’s home and reported finding him dead from a gunshot wound.
He’s been identified as 52-year-old Kimmy Brice.
Police say they’ve spoken with family and friends of Yaneli, who reportedly was in a long term relationship with Brice.
