MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - A woman who stole more than $30,000 from Neptune Aviation has been given a six-year deferred sentence during which she must pay restitution, with interest.

The Missoulian reports (https://bit.ly/2fxrBYP ) 42-year-old Tera Christine Pyron pleaded guilty to theft by embezzlement in September.

Prosecutors say Pyron used a company credit card for personal purchases and altered the receipts before submitting them for reimbursement.

Pyron said she has repaid the company $15,000 of the $32,485 she stole. She also must pay the costs of the investigation, a $2,500 fine and complete 120 hours of community service.

Pyron will be on probation for the entire six years of her sentence.
