MANDAN, N.D. (AP) - Authorities in Mandan have charged three people in a weekend shooting death and have two of the suspects in custody.
Jiqueal Simmons, Kelvin Simmons and Quentin Felton are charged with attempted murder and reckless endangerment. Felton and Kelvin Simmons are in custody, and police are still seeking Jiqueal Simmons, the son of Kelvin Simmons.
Kelvin Simmons is from Swainsboro, Georgia. Jiqueal Simmons and Felton are from Bismarck. Court documents don’t list attorneys for any of the suspects who are charged in the shooting death of 34-year-old Kevin White of Mandan after an argument at a party Saturday night.
Police believe a fourth person also was involved.
