LONG NECK, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have arrested a man after he got into a fight with his girlfriend at the Long Neck diner where she worked.

The agency said in a news release that the incident occurred Monday night at the Long Neck Diner on Plaza Drive. Troopers say 22-year-old Harvey Justice of Millsboro was in the parking lot when the girlfriend came outside and saw him.

Police say the two began arguing and then fighting. Authorities say two employees went to help when Justice pushed his girlfriend to the ground.

Troopers say Justice pulled out a handgun, pointed at the three people and threatened to shoot them.

Police say Justice ran away and was later arrested at his home. He is charged with assault and other offenses.
