OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Oklahoma City firefighters say a man was found dead in a burned home that was believed to be vacant.

District Fire Chief Benny Fulkerson says the unidentified man was found Monday night after firefighters were able to enter the home on the city’s south side.

A suspected cause of death was not released, but Fulkerson said the body was burned and that foul play is not suspected.

Fulkerson said that although the house was vacant, transients had reportedly been living in the house and that the cause of the fire has not been determined.
