HICKORY, N.C. (AP) - Three people have been arrested in the death of a Hickory woman earlier this week.

Police told local media outlets that the body of 66-year-old Patricia Diane Swink was found shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday. Two of the suspects are relatives.

Thirty-three-year-old Micky Lee Swink is charged with murder, vehicle theft and possession of a stolen vehicle.

Forty-nine-year-old Tina Louise Swink of Hildebrand is charged with murder.

Thirty-nine-year-old Richard Lee Deal of Hildebrand is charged with accessory after the fact.

Officials said Tina Swink was the victim’s niece and Micky Swink was her son.

It was not clear if any of them have lawyers.

Police say they recovered Patricia Swink’s vehicle during the investigation.

An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death.

No motive has been released.
