PAYSON, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say seven people have been arrested on drug charges after a search warrant was served at a home in Payson.
Arizona Department of Public Safety officials say the warrant was issued after extensive surveillance and authorities seeing several illegal drug buys.
DPS officials say about 28 grams of methamphetamine were seized along with 3 ½ grams of heroin, drug scales, weapons, computers, cell phones and cash.
The Gila County Sheriff’s Office and Tonto-Apache Reservation Police also assisted with the investigation.
DPS officials say the suspects range in age from 21 to 52.
