CLEVELAND (AP) - Authorities say federal marshals have arrested a Cleveland woman and her brother who are charged with aggravated murder in the beating death of the woman’s husband.
Paris Jackson and Paul Cline Sr. were arrested Thursday in northeast Ohio. Information about whether they have attorneys wasn’t immediately available.
They’re suspected of fatally beating 62-year-old Bennie Jackson Jr. with a wooden club in the driveway of the couple’s home last November. Court records show DNA on the club matched Paris Jackson and Cline.
Cleveland.com reports the medical examiner ruled Bennie Jackson died of blunt force trauma to his head. The father of eight had brain, skull and facial injuries.
