MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire man has pleaded guilty to negligent homicide in a fatal crash last year in Manchester that killed a 47-year-old woman.

NH1.com (https://bit.ly/2e7BsoC ) reports that 31-year-old Alexander Burke entered the plea on Thursday. He was sentenced to six to 12 years in state prison.

Police say the Bow man drove drunk and ran a red light before crashing into another vehicle full of people in November 2015. They say an occupant in the other vehicle, Isabel Batista, died in the crash. Four other people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Burke apologized in court.
