MARION, Iowa (AP) - A former Linn-Mar school employee has been charged with a crime, accused of sending a pornographic image to a student.
Marion Police said Friday in a news release that 26-year-old Marcus Cain faces the charge after an investigation showed he had engaged in inappropriate behavior with a student. He was arrested on Halloween and charged with dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor.
Cain is no longer employed by the school district. He is free on his promise to appear in Linn County District Court to face the charge.
A call to a phone number listed for Cain rang unanswered Saturday.
