BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) - Baton Rouge police are investigating a possible homicide after a man’s decomposed body was discovered in some tall grass.
Sgt. Don Coppola Jr. tells The Advocate (https://bit.ly/2fL1FLb) a passer-by spotted the body around 4 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Napoleon Street near Interstate 10.
Coppola said it appears the man - who has not yet been identified - had multiple gunshot wounds. It wasn’t immediately clear how long the body had been lying there.
