BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - Bismarck police arrested several people on outstanding warrants after a weekend incident in which shots were apparently fired at a house.
Officers responded to reports of gunshots in a residential neighborhood shortly after 6 a.m. Sunday and found nine small-caliber casings in the street in front of a home, as well as holes in the side of the residence.
Neighbors were told to stay in their homes for about four hours while authorities investigated. Several people inside the home and two others stopped by police in the area eventually were arrested on warrants.
No one was found with a gun, and the incident is still being investigated.
