ST. LOUIS (AP) - A St. Louis man is accused of sexually attacking an autistic 15-year-old girl he met online.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (https://bit.ly/2fVkB9f ) reports that prosecutors have charged 31-year-old Bernard Hayes will two counts of statutory sodomy.

Court documents allege that Hayes was chatting with the teenager on an internet website when he told her he was 19 years old and wanted to take her to a fast-food restaurant.

Authorities allege that in September, Hayes picked up the girl without her parents knowledge and sexually attacked her despite her telling him she had autism and wanted to go home.

Police say he eventually dropped her off on a parking lot near her home.

Online court records don’t show whether Hayes has an attorney.
