HARBESON, Del. (AP) - A judge has ruled that a Harbeson man can continue repairing cars in his garage, despite his neighbors’ objections.

WBOC-TV (https://bit.ly/2fS4pWP ) reports that Charles Williams’ neighbors had filed a lawsuit accusing him of violating county code by repairing cars in the 2,500-square-foot pole barn on his property.

Williams said the repair work is a hobby of his and not a business, as he is not making any money.

A Sussex County Court of Chancery judge recently wrote that the plaintiffs did not demonstrate that Williams had created a nuisance.
