NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - New Castle County police are investigating the shooting death of a 17-year-old boy at a Claymont apartment complex.
Police were called Tuesday afternoon to Stoneybrook Apartments, where they found Ismail Majid suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
Majid was taken to the A.I. DuPont Children’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police said Wednesday that they are not currently searching for a suspect but have questioned several people in connection with the shooting.
