MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - State police say they’re investigating a five-vehicle crash on Interstate 93 in Manchester that left a Derry woman dead.

Police say a preliminary investigation revealed that a pickup truck came upon slow moving traffic Monday evening and was unable to stop.

Police say the truck collided with multiple other vehicles, including an SUV that rolled over and left the roadway.

Police say they found the SUV driver unconscious in the vehicle. First responders declared her dead. She has been identified as 62-year-old Cynthia Perkins.

It wasn’t immediately clear if anyone else was hurt.

Police say they don’t suspect impairment contributed to the crash.

Traffic was reduced to the right two lanes for several hours.
