MACON, Ga. (AP) - A Macon man has been indicted in the fatal shooting of a convenience store clerk.

Citing an indictment filed in Bibb County Superior Court on Tuesday, The Telegraph of Macon (https://bit.ly/2dPLit3 ) reports that 20-year-old Antwaine C. Couch is facing numerous charges, including two counts of felony murder and one count of malice murder.

Forty-year-old Prakash Patel was shot in the chest on June 18 as two men robbed the Gary Food Mart store of about $300.

Couch was arrested about a month later. Authorities still are looking for the second man suspected of participating in the killing.

It is unclear whether Couch has an attorney.
