NEW ORLEANS (AP) - New Orleans police say an armed man wearing green boxer shorts and blue jeans got into a house and stole a laptop, two purses and $20 from the two women there.
Police spokeswoman Ambria Washington says the roommates told investigators they were sitting in their living room when a stranger with an assault rifle got in through their back door about 2:45 a.m. Friday.
Washington says that report doesn’t note whether the man broke in or the door was unlocked.
