BOSTON (AP) - Massachusetts residents hoping to cast ballots in the presidential election have until Wednesday to make sure they are registered to vote.

Those eligible to vote must be a United States citizen and at least 18-years-old on November 8, Election Day.

In Massachusetts eligible voters can register online, by mail, in person at local city or town election offices or at the Elections Division of the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s office.

Besides the presidential race, the election includes several congressional and legislative races.

Voter will also decide four statewide ballot questions, including initiatives that would allow more charter schools, legalize the recreational use of marijuana, allow another slots parlor, and ban the sale of eggs and other food products that come from farms where animals are confined to overly restrictive cages.
