LAKEWOOD, Wash. (AP) - A couple accused of running massage parlors south of Tacoma that offered sexual services have been sentenced.

The News Tribune reports (https://goo.gl/QtyHZg ) 60-year-old Yonghe Yu received a two-day jail sentence after pleading guilty Tuesday to three counts of second-degree promoting prostitution.

A judge ordered 60-year-old Shurong Wang to serve three months in jail, with all the jail time suspended. She pleaded guilty to giving massages without the proper license.

Prosecutors alleged that women at the couple’s businesses in Lakewood tried to give undercover detectives sexual services.

Investigators say police received an anonymous tip from customers after the sexual nature of their massages at one of the businesses surprised them.

Attorneys for the couple did not return a phone call from The News Tribune.
