CLAREMONT, N.H. (AP) - A 44-year-old New Hampshire man was being held on $25,000 cash bail as he awaits the outcome of four felony charges that he sexually assaulted a teenage girl.

Police say Barret Hodgdon committed the offenses at a Claremont home between August and October.

Hodgdon answered to two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges as well as two felonious sexual assault charges in Claremont District Court on Thursday.

The Valley News reports (https://bit.ly/2drBuWs ) that if he’s released from bail, Hodgdon must submit to electronic monitoring and home confinement, stay in close contact with the Sullivan County Pretrial Services Program and not use alcohol or drugs.

Court documents indicate Hodgdon allegedly engaged in sex acts with a girl who is known to him.

The identity of his lawyer could not be determined Saturday.
