PRAGUE (AP) - Sparta Prague will play its Europa League game against Hapoel Beer-Sheva with its stadium partly closed because of the racist behavior of its fans.

Sparta says the punishment by UEFA’s disciplinary committee comes after incidents in a Group K game against Inter Milan on Sept. 29.

The Czech club says some sections of stands popular with hard-core fans will be closed for the Nov. 3 game.

Sparta says fans might be banned completely from Europa League games in its stadium if such incidents happen again. The club called on its fans to refrain from doing anything that could be considered racist.
