WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (AP) - A Hudson Valley resident is facing up to 25 years in prison for shooting a man to death after a longstanding dispute.

The Westchester County district attorney’s office says 25-year-old Janeil Myke of Peekskill pleaded guilty to manslaughter on Monday in the death of 22-year-old Stephen Agosto.

Myke was arrested Dec. 22. Two days earlier, Agosto was shot in the head and both legs with a stolen handgun.

The defendant will be sentenced on Nov. 29.
