RAINBOW CITY, Ala. (AP) - A 50-year-old Gadsden man has been accused of incest and rape.
Rainbow City Police Chief Jonathon Horton tells news outlets that James Lee Kennedy was arrested Monday and is facing charges of incest and second-degree rape.
Horton says the victim had reported being assaulted Oct. 5.
Kennedy is being held on $25,000 cash bond. It was not immediately clear whether he has an attorney to comment on the charges.
