TIMMONSVILLE, S.C. (AP) - A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged with the shooting death last month of a teen from Timmonsville.
The Florence County Sheriff’s Department told local media outlets that Briheem Anthony Williams of Timmonsville was arrested last week and charged with murder.
Deputies say they think Williams shot 18-year-old Bobby Junior Evans on or about Sept. 24.
Evans was last seen Sept. 15. He had been reported missing by family members Oct. 3.
Evans remains were found Oct. 10.
Williams is charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. It was not known if he has an attorney. He’s being held in the Florence County jail.
