IRWINDALE, Calif. (AP) - Commuter trains were delayed but nobody was hurt when a Metrolink train struck a vehicle on the tracks in eastern Los Angeles County.

The California Highway Patrol says the collision occurred late Tuesday in Irwindale on the Metrolink San Bernardino Line.

It wasn’t immediately clear if anyone was inside the vehicle when it was hit.

There were 91 passengers on the train, which was delayed an hour and 40 minutes. Other lines also reported delays.

The crash is under investigation.
