OZARK, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say an Ozark man died when a tree he was cutting fell on top of him.
The Ozark Police Department said in a news release that 58-year-old Bobby J. Carr was pronounced dead Sunday afternoon after emergency personnel freed Carr from under the tree.
Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
