RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Police are investigating after a man was found dead in Richmond, and police say they do not believe the man’s death was a random act.

Police say they were called Saturday morning around 6:30 a.m. to the 3300 block of Lawson Street for a report of a person down. Police say when they arrived they found the victim outside, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police identified the man as 35-year-old Naquan R. Bentley of Richmond.
