LACONIA, N.H. (AP) - Police in Laconia, New Hampshire, are investigating reports of a possible kidnapping after people reported seeing a woman dragged by her hair into an SUV.
Police said the incident happened at about 11:45 p.m. Sunday. Witnesses said the woman was screaming. The vehicle then left at a high rate of speed.
Officers later found the SUV in Concord with no one inside.
