LAKE ARIEL, Pa. (AP) - Police say a woman was seen cutting off her own hair at a northeastern Pennsylvania truck stop before driving away and hitting a pedestrian and a pole near a gasoline pump.

State police say they’re still looking for 25-year-old Katie Labus, of Huntington, after the incident early Sunday, just after midnight.

Police say Labus was seek acting strangely in the Liberty Truck Stop near the Mount Cobb exit along Interstate 84. That’s in Jefferson Township, Lackawanna County.

Police say Labus then drove away toward the interstate and her car was found a short time later with its engine still running.

Troopers say the pedestrian suffered only minor injuries.

Police were continuing to search for Labus on Monday.
