PRITCHARD, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say seven people, including two police officers, have been hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash outside of Mobile.

Al.com (https://bit.ly/2dELaPl ) reports the collision occurred Monday evening in Pritchard at the intersection of Old Citronelle Highway and Highway 45 on Monday.

Pritchard Chief of Staff Philip Stiell says all of the crash victims were responsive as they were taken to a hospital. Officials did not release the official conditions of the officers, but Stiell said their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

Officials say the crash occurred after a vehicle carrying five people tried to turn in front of the officers.
