WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Wilmington Police are looking for suspects in shootings that left two men injured, one critically.

The department said in a news release that late Wednesday, officers found an 18-year-old man on 25th Street suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. Police say he was taken to a hospital and is in critical condition.

Police say while detectives were processing the crime scene, they were notified that a 23-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his knee had arrived at a hospital by private vehicle.



Investigators say the two shootings are related. A 9MM handgun was recovered from the shooting scene on W. 25th Street and a .40 Caliber handgun was recovered from the car that drove the other victim to the hospital.
