BARNSTABLE, Mass. (AP) - One of four men charged in the 2012 killing of a Cape Cod man is heading to prison after accepting a plea deal.

The Cape Cod Times (https://bit.ly/2f9texr ) reports that 24-year-old Keiko Thomas, of Hyannis, pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges including manslaughter and armed assault in a dwelling in the killing of 27-year-old Andrew Stanley of Hyannis.

He was sentenced to 17 to 19 years for manslaughter and 10 years on the assault charge. The terms will run concurrently.

Police found Stanley bound, beaten and shot in the back at his Hyannis home in July 2012.

Two other men were convicted of murder last month and handed a life-sentence. A third man pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced last week.
