JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) - Authorities are searching for a Jersey City man they say is wanted in the death of his 38-year-old wife following a reported domestic dispute.
The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office says 39-year-old Steve Franklin Jr. should not be approached. Prosecutors have charged Franklin with murder in Sineka Davis’ death.
Police say they found Davis on Thursday night with a fatal gunshot wound to her upper torso when they responded to a report of a domestic incident at Franklin’s Manning Avenue home.
Authorities Friday afternoon did not provide information on what that domestic dispute entailed.
Davis was declared dead at the scene.
