CINCINNATI (AP) - Former President Bill Clinton will add the Cincinnati area to his stops in Ohio as he returns to the battleground state to campaign for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

The Clinton campaign announced earlier in the week that Bill Clinton would campaign in the Cleveland and Columbus areas on Saturday. The campaign now says the former president also will campaign in the Cincinnati area that day, with details to be announced later.

The former president returns to Ohio to campaign for his wife as early voting continues in the state ahead of the Nov. 8 election.

Polls have indicated a seesaw race in the state.

No Republican has ever won the White House without winning Ohio.
