LITHIA SPRINGS, Ga. (AP) - Authorities in metro Atlanta are searching for a 21-year-old woman who they say fatally shot another woman after a fight over a man.

Douglas County Sheriff Sgt. Susan Sweat tells WSB-TV (https://2wsb.tv/2eBPAFR ) that 21-year-old Shontori Gooden is believed to have shot 21-year-old Nyla Foster after the two got into an argument in a Lithia Springs parking lot.

Investigators say Gooden grabbed a gun from her car and shot Foster in the leg.

Foster’s friend Keila Thomas says she and Foster had recently moved to Atlanta from their hometown of Lakeland, Florida.

Authorities say Gooden is between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall with hazel eyes, piercings on her face and tattoos on her neck.
