QUINCY, Mass. (AP) - A school bus driver has been cited following last week’s accident in Quincy that injured four elementary school-age children.

Quincy police announced Monday that Mark Woods has been cited for negligent operation and a violation of marked lanes.

Woods was the driver of a Quincy Public Schools bus that crashed into a fire hydrant, telephone pole, fence, stone wall and an SUV before hitting a house on Oct. 25 at around noon.

Woods and the four young students were treated at the hospital for minor injuries and released later that day.

NECN reported Friday that Woods‘ driver’s license was revoked following the accident. It couldn’t be immediately determined if Woods has a lawyer.
