SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Authorities say five people were killed during a violent weekend in San Francisco.

The San Francisco Chronicle reports (https://bit.ly/2dsvxHT ) that police say the spate of attacks happened in neighborhoods around the city. They say one man was also found dead under suspicious circumstances and another had a gunshot wound and was clinging to life.

Police didn’t say if they believe any of the attacks are linked and did not identify any motives.

Authorities say two men were shot and killed Friday and a 36-year-old man was killed and a 19-year-old seriously injured on Saturday. Two men were also wounded by gunfire Sunday morning and a third man was killed.

A man was also found dead near a golf course and a woman in her mid-50s was stabbed to death.
