WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - A Wilmington man has pleaded guilty to distributing child pornography.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said in a news release that 50-year-old Roy Harvender Jr. entered the plea Wednesday in federal court in Wilmington. Sentencing is set for Feb. 1.

Prosecutors say Harvender was an active user of an online bulletin board whose purpose was advertising and distributing child pornography.

Authorities say after Harvender was identified as a participant, the FBI raided his home and found images of child pornography on electronic devices they seized.
