OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - Publicly requested emails suggest the Port of Olympia may be bringing military cargo to the port.

In emails given to the Olympian (https://bit.ly/2ci74Ca ) that a possible shipping date of September was identified for when the cargo would be brought to the port.

Despite the email, Executive Director Galligan said as recently as last week that no shipments are expected through the end of the year.

The emails suggesting otherwise were requested by the Olympia Port Militarization Resistance, a group that was opposed to military cargo that passed through the port in late 2007.
