After the first quarter at MetLife Stadium, the Washington Redskins offense struggled to get to the end zone and found themselves down 14-6 to the New York Giants.

Cornerback Bashaud Breeland was carted off with an ankle injury. He appeared to awkwardly plant his foot and went down immediately. He will not return to the game.

However, cornerback Josh Norman has been able to hold wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. in check. He is without a catch through one quarter.
